Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are normally shipped for Germany Monday- Wednesday and
international Monday and Tuesdays so they don’t get stuck over the weekend - Estimated delivery time: Nixtamal cannot be rushed, please place your
order min 48h before desired shipping date

please check your email account also the spam folder for the tracking email

We know you need your well deserved rest in the morning, but UPS is out early. If you
cannot guarantee receiving from 8am onwards, the best chance to receive your orders
without delay is choosing an UPS collection point. You can find one here

use this as your delivery address plus your name. - UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver please make sure to check the status.
Unfortunately we cannot reimburse you for returned shipments because of unseccesful
delivery attempts. - Our tortillas are packed using sustainable packaging to preserve
freshness and protect the product during transit, you can recycle them in paper and the
chill block can be emptied in the normal drain and the plastic in the plastic bin.
Receiving Your Products
- Please inspect the package upon delivery to ensure it is intact and the
product is in good condition and put the Tortillas and Masa into the fridge asap. - If there is any damage, shortage, or quality concern, contact our support
team immediately at contact details, and we will resolve it promptly.
