Fresh Nixtamal Masa 1kg

Nixtamalized Corn ges freshly ground on the vulcanic stone mill into masa. With masa you prepare many beautiful things as: tortillas, tamales memelas, gorditas, chalupas. huaraches….. you can season the dough, shape and bake it directly on the stove in steam or fat.

The masa wants to be used quiet quickly once opened, until then and after keep it in the fridge please.
